JVC MX-KC68 is a compact shelf system with a 1-CD player.  Instead of three sound modes, like some of the other JVC models, it has six: rock, pop, classic, dance, hall, and stadium.  It also has a “Stage Dock” an area set aside in the unit for an iPod to sit in and connect to.  This allows an iPod to not only to make use of the 3-way speakers and separate subwoofer, but also allows it to be protected by the base structure of the system as opposed to having the iPod sit separately and exposed with a cord connection.

JVC introduces a completely new way to control an audio system. The user “wakes-up’ the system from standby mode by waving a hand in front of the system, illuminating all of the controls and the LED display. Another new feature is “laser touch’ control of some functions. The system features two laser touch control panels – touch-sensitive illuminated control strips. Running a finger up and down over the strip operates the control. There’s one for volume and another that controls the CD player’s forward/skip and reverse/skip functions. JVC launches in the US the RV-NB50 Kaboom boombox with built-in iPod dock and USB host port. JVC’s Kaboom boasts 40 watts of power and bass enhancement circuitry. It comes with a CD player is capable of Audio CD, MP3, WMA playback, integrated FM tuner and a iPod dock. There is also a USB Host port for playback of music files stored on a USB mass storage device.

The Kaboom includes also front audio input and comes with a remote control. The RV-NB50 models comes in black and silver and there is also the all black RV-NB52.

JVC introduces the UX-F3 and NX-D2 iPod shelf audio systems that have two iPod docks for holding two iPod players side-by side, charging them simultaneously. The UX-F3 features 60W total power output and includes video output for playback of videos stored on iPod through connected TV. It comes with a pair of two-way speakers

JVC introduces a new premium Black series in-ear headphones model, the HA-FXC80 with the company’s Micro-HD driver. Instead of placing the driver in the housing outside the ear canla, JVC’s Micro-HD driver places the driver unit in the ear canal to deliver sound directly to the ear without diffused reflections for clarity and improved isolation from outside noise

The HA-FXC80 includes also carbon housing and carbon diaphragm. It has a unique Tri-form design, with its triangular black housing, allows the option of wearing the headphone with the cord below the ear or turning the housing so that the cord can be easily wrapped over the top and behind the ear. It has a 1.2 meter pre copper cord.

JVC-Victor adds to its Everio line a new Full HD 1080p camcorder, the GZ-HD620 with 120GB hard drive. The GZ-HD620 boasts a 3.32 Megapixel backside illuminated CMOS sensor and a 30X zoom Konica Minolta HD lens.

The compact Full HD camcorder can record 1920×1080p Full HD video with MPEG-4 AVC/H.264 video format (AVCHD standard) and Dolby Digital 2ch audio. GZ-HD620 has a 2.7-inch LCD display and it provides HDMI output. It’s 120GB hard drive is enough for up to 50 hours of Full HD video recording. There is a microSD/SDHC card slot, so you can get more rooms for video easily.

JVC Everio GZ-HD620 weighs just 270g and measures 53 mm x 63mmx115 mm.

JVC-Victors adds a trio of camcorders to its Everio line, including the GZ-MS210, GZ-MS230 and GZ-MG980. All these camcorders can record 720×480 video with MPEG-2 video codec and Digital Digital 2-ch audio codec.

The GZ-MS210 and GZ-MS230 both feature a 0.8 Megapixel CCD image sensor while the GZ-MG980 gets a 1 Megapixel sensor. They all have a 39x optical zoom lens and electronics video stabilization function. The GZ-MS210 offers dual SD card slots while the GZ-MS230 comes with 8GB flash memory and a SD slot. The GZ-MG980, instead, packs a 80GB hard drive as well as a SD slot.

JVC’s Everio GZ-MS210 and GZ-MS230 both come in Silver and the GZ-MG980 will be available in Red, Blue and Silver.

JVC-Victor announced the RV-NB50 boombox with an integrated iPod dock. The boombox features 2×5W speakers and 2×15W woofers. Other than playback from iPod, the JVC RV-NB50 has built-in CD player that supports audio CD and MP3/WMA CD and a USB port for playing WMA/MP3 files from USB drives.

The RV-NB50 includes FM tuner as well and comes with a remote control.
